Tend is a family and group organization application that helps families manage their daily life together. The service includes features for shared shopping lists, family events, tasks, and WhatsApp integration. During the beta period, the service is provided "as is" for testing and feedback purposes.

Beta Program

By joining the Tend beta program, you acknowledge that:

• The service is in active development and may contain bugs or incomplete features
• Features may change or be removed without notice
• We may request your feedback and suggestions for improvement
• Beta access may be terminated at any time
• No service level guarantees or uptime commitments apply during beta

User Responsibilities

When using Tend, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when signing up
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the service
• Not use the service to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Respect the privacy and data of other users

WhatsApp Integration

The WhatsApp integration feature allows you to interact with Tend through direct WhatsApp messages. By using this feature, you understand that:

• Tend is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta
• You must comply with WhatsApp's terms of service when using the integration
• The integration works through direct messages to the Tend WhatsApp contact only
• We do not access your WhatsApp groups or other conversations
• The integration may be subject to changes based on WhatsApp's policies

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Tend, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Tend and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limitations of Liability

Tend is provided "as is" during the beta period. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service's reliability, accuracy, or availability. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or errors.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Tend at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also discontinue use of the service at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify beta participants of significant changes via email.
